The design is sealed for life type with the provision of a labyrinth seal, which effectively prevents ingress of dust and water into the bearing and can be used on continuous heavy duty and high speed operation belt conveyors for granules or dusky bulk materials conveyed in hostile environments.

Our automatic mass production assembly techniques guarantee a high degree of balance and minimum eccentricity. Impact forced during high speed operation is greatly reduced, thereby enhancing the life span of the bearing.

A welded construction will protect the bearing by preventing the entry of dust and moisture at the clearance between the roller end and bearing housing. The smooth rounded edge provided by the welded ends will minimize belt wear.

All rollers are tested to ensure the specifications are to recommended standards.
