All Conveyor Products P/L are a distributor of high quality conveyor belt roller components and systems. The Company subscribes to a philosophy of serving its customers through a product, which is high in quality and reliable. In particular cases, special sizes can be arranged according to Customer's requirement for non-standard production. Continuous investments in up to-date machinery and improvements in manufacturing techniques and systems are part of our culture to serve our customers better and to strive for product qualities which are of International Standards and Australian Standards.

In accordance to the most used standards [JIS B 8803] and DIN 22112 Part 3 to ensure interchangeability. Since its beginning in 1987, production capacity had been expanded manifold to cater for the local as well as the export market. Our products found in many applications like power plant, cement mills and quarries both locally and in countries like Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Mauritius, Hong Kong, Japan, South Africa, Papua New Guinea, Philippines are testimony to our product quality. In Australia rollers are supplied to major quarries Readymix, Boral, concrete plants and associated Industries.

This design is sealed for life type with provision of a labyrinth seal, which effectively prevents ingress of dust and water into the bearing. The clearance between seal and bearing, which is filled with grease, makes this type suitable for dusty environment.

DYNAMIC BALANCES
Our automatic mass production assembly techniques guarantee a high degree of balance and minimum eccentricity. Impact forces during high speed operation is greatly reduced, thereby enhancing the life span of bearing

WELDED END
The pipe and bearing housing are welded by an automatic circumferential welding machine. A welded construction will protect the bearing by preventing the entry of dust and moisture of the clearance between the roller end and bearing housing. Furthermore, the smooth rounded edge provided by the welded ends will minimize belt wear.

BEARING AND BEARING HOUSING
High quality deep groove ball bearings with C3 clearance are used in every roller. Bearing housings are formed in a multi-stage pressing operation, providing such a high degree of accuracy for bearing and seal that no further machining is necessary.

LABYRINTH SEAL
This seal is instructed with a long internal run and is moulded with high quality plastic material. The function of this seal is to prevent seepage or penetration of condensate and dust particles which can cause rust or damage to the bearings. To enhance the protection further, grease is preloaded into the seal during assembly.

INSPECTION AND TESTING
All rollers are being tested to ensure their specifications conform to recommended standards.

The labyrinth seal type has a built-in non-lubrication system which is maintenance-free and hence reduce running cost.

Our Commitment to Quality
To further enhance continuous product improvement, we have set up quality control and test laboratory with the assistance of a Research Body.

All products from our production line are randomly sampled and exhaustively subjected to a variety of tests before being approved for shipment to our customers.

Our rollers are an extreme service roller. It is designed to protect the seal in 3 different ways, and can be used on continuous heavy duty and high speed operation belt conveyors for granules or dusty bulk materials conveyed in a hostile environment.

SEAL
The bearings of the rollers are protected internally and externally by a protective sealing system which keep lubricants from leaking and prevent foreign matter from seeping into the roller. The components of the sealing system are;

A protective and corrosion-resistant shield mounted firmly on the roller shaft. This acts as a barrier against entry of foreign matter.
A low function rubber lip-seal to prevent seepage of foreign liquid into the roller.
A steel cover cap with a large housing acting as a dust trap for any particles that may eventually enter roller.
A labyrinth seal pre-loaded with grease which provides as a last line of dense before the bearing to keep out any dust particles that have penetrated to this stage.

Eccentricity & Starting Torque Test
The value indicated in the respective dial gauges when the mounted roller is manually rotated are then used to calculate the ECCENTRICITY values. The " weights" are gradually added to the weight holder whose string is attached and coiled round the roller. The total weight required to just rotate the roller is used to determine the Starting Resistance Torque.

Coefficient of Fiction & Frictional Force Test
The roller is rotated at the required speed with a radial load centrally placed on it. The corresponding weight indicated for the respective direction of rotation of the roller is then used in the calculation of the above data.

Dust Penetration Test
The rollers are rotated at the respective speed for a specified duration in this machine which contains the find dust. The Outer seals are removed and the amount of dust present is evaluated.

Water Immersion Test
The weighed rollers are rotated at designated speed for a short duration. They are then weighed again after being submerged in the water tank for a short period. The rollers are again submerged for a longer period and subsequently dried for some days. The values of the roller weights determine the amount of water present.

Impact test
The rollers are dropped in the vertical and horizontal positions from a specified height. The variation of the respective measurements taken before and after the test indicates the axial displacement, physical conditions etc.

Dynamic Balances
Our automatic mass production assembly techniques guarantee high degree of balance minimum eccentricity impact forces is greatly reduced by this dynamic balance during high-speed operation and this enhance the life span of bearing.

Rubber Seal
The rubber seal, a self-cleaning structure, has less coefficient of friction and also ensures perfect exclusion of foreign materials thus protecting the ball bearings.
