Features
The flexibility of scraper is higher, when the belt is worn out by the material thus showing uneven form, the scraper still can be tightly fit the belt on the head wheel through irregular rotation to generate the complete effect of scraping. 
The spring tension has the function for automatic compensation and shock-absorption. There, it can maintain fixed contact pressure and enhance the service life of the scraper.
The modular design enables the blades to be assembled and fixed without use of screws thus facilitating maintenance and replacement especially maintaining the flatness and straightness of the blade tips.
Pressure scaling indication device can show the contact pressure of the blade at any time for timely and effective adjustment.

The-C1RPrimary belt cleaner is with a torsion design that combines simple, easy installation, obvious visual torsion check, easy maintenance and effective cleaning results. Also, the main structure of C1R occupies less so that it can be installed in any kinds of chutes.
Exclusive Blade Design.
The blade is made by solid design so that it is easy to remove and demount which results to economize on labor. Additionally, the blade is made of exclusive polyurethane with wear-resistance, anti-static and self-extinguishing therefore, the blade is very suitable for underground coal mine application.
Outstanding Torsion Design.
The torsion is easy to read according to holes or colors. Torsion adjuster made of unique  rubber makes blade touch belt surface without sudden beat of blade by impact resulted from the belt damage and belt unsmooth, to achieve the complete scraping effect. Plus, with internal stress of main structure and torsion adjuster to absorb belt beat in operation, the blade touch belt surface and achieve more complete scraping effect. Torsion design at side of main structure absorbs the impact, protects blade from it. Through direction-adjusting bar, you can change the direction of torsion. Additionally, with reversible adjusting function of torsion adjuster, you can install torsion adjuster at both sides of chute. The torsion adjuster is suitable all kinds of cleaners what you only to do is changing connector.
Simple installation and Maintenance.
A cleaner installed properly is succeeded. Hence, maintenance its correct positioning is very important. That’s why C1R provides easy-to-install and easy to achieve the complete scraping effect and economize on labor.
With the design of holes on circular plate of torsion adjuster, pin is inserted into holes to fix the pole. When blade is worn, you pull out the pin, rotate the center pole, and then insert pin into the next hole to fix. By analogy, when pin is inserted into the last hole, it means to replace the new blade.
When the belt width is over 1200mm (48”), C1 is with two torsion adjuster.
